History

Jim Gillespie founded Voice Plus, Inc. in 1986 as a Reseller focused on the sales, installation and maintenance of voice mail systems for both Enterprise and Tier 2 & 3 Service Providers.  After years of success and growth, VoicePlus went public over NASDAQ in 1997.  Mr. Gillespie retired from the public entity in 1998.

In 2002, Mr. Gillespie acquired the assets of the VoicePlus division back from the public entity and re-positioned the company with a focus of maintenance on legacy TDM and IP Based Unified Communication systems and applications.

In 2005, a decision was made to expand the company and add a new product portfolio to take unified communications to a new level of technical achievement.

Today, VoicePlus is an active reseller of AVST CallXpress, Interactive Intelligence, Iperia VX, StreamWIDE and Movius Mereon.  The company now sells, installs and maintains TDM and IP voice mail systems, VOIP telephone systems, call center systems and Unified Communications solutions for the Enterprise and Service Provider marketplaces.
