Octel Technician
VoicePlus is seeking Lucent Octel Voice Messaging Specialists with certification and technical experience on the IMA/CA and Sierra platforms. Requires knowledge of service provider switch integrations, such as, SMDI, In-band, and SS7. Experience in maintaining stations in clustered environments, is a plus. The job responsibilities include providing remote technical support to resolve our customer’s service issues and running scheduled preventive maintenance routines. Candidates may work from their home office. Travel is estimated at 5%. Positions are available for full-time or part-time employment, as well as, independent contractor.
