Normal Business Hours (M-F, 8:30am – 5:30pm Pacific Time Zone)
During business hours your call will be answered by our automated dispatch center. The automated dispatch center will log the call and immediately notify the support group. You can then directly expect a call from Engineer who will open a ticket, assign a priority level, and take appropriate action.
After-hours / Weekend and Holidays
During non-business hours your call will be answered by our automated dispatch center. The automated dispatch center will log the call and notify our on-call Engineer. You can then expect a call from our On-Call Engineer who will open a ticket, assign a priority level, and take appropriate action.
